Cookie Policy

Last updated 4 October 2026

This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on esteeandco.com, who sets them, what they do and how to control them. It is short because we use very few — we run no analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind.

1. What cookies and similar technologies are

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website. Local storage works similarly but keeps information in your browser rather than sending it with each request. Both let a site function correctly, stay secure and remember what you were doing.

2. What is used on this site

esteeandco.com sets no cookies of its own. Your bag is remembered using local storage under the name estee-cart, which stays on your device, is not transmitted to us automatically, and can be cleared at any time from your browser settings. The remaining items below are set by our security and payment providers.

Shopify's cookies are governed by Shopify's own privacy and cookie policies.

3. What we do not use

We set no analytics, advertising, retargeting, profiling or social media cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta or TikTok pixel, no advertising network and no third-party tracker embedded in this site. We do not sell or share browsing data with anyone.

4. Why you are not asked to accept cookies

Everything listed in section 2 is strictly necessary to deliver the site, keep it secure and process an order you have asked for. Under Greek law implementing the ePrivacy Directive, strictly necessary technologies do not require your prior consent — which is why this site shows no cookie banner.

If we ever introduce analytics or marketing cookies, we will ask for your consent before they are placed, and you will be able to refuse or withdraw it at any time without losing access to the site.

5. Managing cookies and storage

You can delete or block cookies and clear local storage through your browser settings — in Safari, Chrome, Firefox and Edge this sits under Privacy. Blocking what is strictly necessary may stop your bag from being remembered or prevent our forms from being submitted.

6. Changes and contact

If the technologies above change, this page and the date at the top of it change with them. For any question about this policy, write to [email protected]. For how we handle personal data generally, see our Privacy Policy.
