By browsing the site or placing an order you accept these terms as they stand on that date. We may change them, but the version in force when you order is the version that governs your purchase.

Our Returns & Store Credit policy, Shipping policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy form part of these terms. Where you consign or sell a piece to us, our Consignment & Selling Terms apply instead.

We deal in pre-owned and new timepieces, jewellery, bags, caps and accessories. Every pre-owned piece is inspected, authenticated, serial-recorded and photographed by us before it is listed, and its condition is described plainly, including marks of wear.

ESTEÉ & CO. is an independent house. We are not an authorised dealer, agent or affiliate of any brand we offer, and we have no association with their manufacturers. Brand names and model references are used solely to describe the piece being sold. Any manufacturer's warranty is a matter between you and that manufacturer.

Photographs are our own and are retouched for nothing beyond dust and lighting. Colour can read differently from one screen to another; a slight difference in colour rendition is not a defect, as set out in our returns policy.

Every piece we sell is guaranteed authentic. If any piece sold by us is ever shown not to be, we will take it back and refund the full price paid, without time limit and without argument. That guarantee is personal to the original purchaser and requires the piece to be returned in the condition in which we sold it.

Prices are shown in euros (€) and include Greek VAT at the prevailing rate where VAT applies. Second-hand goods may be sold under the margin scheme, in which case VAT is not shown separately on your invoice. The price binding on us is the one displayed when your order is accepted.

We may correct a manifest pricing error before accepting an order. Customs duties and import taxes outside Greece are not included and are your responsibility.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order to you and payment has cleared. Until then we may decline it — for example where the piece has sold, where a price was manifestly wrong, or where we cannot complete the checks the law requires of us.

Because most pieces are unique, listing a piece is not a guarantee that it remains available. If we decline or cancel an order, we refund every amount taken, in full.

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify, our payment provider. We never see or store your card number or security code. For higher-value pieces we may ask to settle by bank transfer, and we may require identity verification where anti-money-laundering law obliges us to carry it out.

We ship insured express worldwide, except to destinations subject to sanctions or export restrictions, which we cannot serve. Within Greece delivery takes 1–3 working days and costs €25, or nothing from €300. Internationally it takes 2–6 working days and costs €35, or nothing from €1,000.

Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed; customs clearance can extend them. Risk passes to you on delivery. Title to the piece passes to you only when we have received payment in full.

We do not accept returns on watches. Bags, jewellery, caps and accessories may be returned within 14 days, on our written authorisation, for store credit rather than a cash refund. Anything that arrives damaged or materially different from its description is repaired, replaced or refunded in full at our cost. Our Returns & Store Credit policy sets this out in detail and forms part of these terms.

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to that, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the price you paid for the piece concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of opportunity.

The design of this site, our photographs, our written descriptions and the ESTEÉ & CO. name and emblem belong to us and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners.

You may not interfere with the site's operation or security, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it by automated means, or use it unlawfully or to the detriment of others.

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including courier failure, customs delay, strike, natural disaster or the interruption of payment or telecommunications networks. Where such an event materially delays your order, we will tell you and you may cancel it for a full refund.

If a dispute cannot be settled between us, consumers in the EU may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, or approach the Greek Consumer Ombudsman (Συνήγορος του Καταναλωτή) at synigoroskatanaloti.gr.

These terms are governed by Greek law, and the courts of Athens have jurisdiction — without prejudice to any mandatory protection available to you as a consumer in your country of residence, and to your right to bring proceedings there.
